Sources say the property could fetch at least $10 million.

Metro records show the property is owned by Williams Holdings LP, and an affiliate paid $475,000 for it in 1993. Roy Williams is part of the partnership and also owns the company.

The property is within five blocks of an area where Albion (Albion Music Row), Bosa Properties, GBT (Midcity Nashville) and Hines (Reed District) are planning multi-building developments.

The owners asked CBRE’s Byran Fort, Frank Thomasson and Ryan Coulter to handle the marketing and sales of the property.

“Downtown has flourished and we are excited to continue supporting the district’s redevelopment,” Fort said.
