MPD releases photos of Getwell Road homicide suspects

MEMPHIS, Tenn. — The Memphis Police Department has released photos of two suspects they believe were involved in a homicide earlier this month.

On June 3 at 3:35 a.m., officers responded to a report of a shooting at 2756 Getwell Road, where a victim had been shot in the parking lot.

The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.

Officers were told surveillance cameras captured the suspect shooting the victim in front of his car.

The video shows two suspects exiting a gray pickup truck and entering a gas station before the shooting.

Police say no arrests have been made but the investigation is still ongoing.
