Police say one critical, one injured in double shooting in East Baltimore

Police say one person is in critical condition and another was injured after a double shooting in East Baltimore on Tuesday.

Police say that at approximately 4:22 p.m., Eastern District Patrol officers responded to the 2600 block of Aisquith Street to investigate a reported shooting.

Upon arrival, officers found an unidentified man with multiple gunshot wounds to his body. The victim’s condition is described as critical.

Police say a short time later, a second victim entered a local hospital seeking treatment for an apparent gunshot wound to the body. The victim’s injuries are not life-threatening.

The initial investigation revealed that both victims were located at the 2600 block of Aisquith Street when they were shot.

Officers from Eastern District Shooting arrived at the scene and took control of the investigation. Anyone with information is asked to call Eastern District shooting detectives at 410-396-2433.
