Meyer buys Louisville company

An Evansville-based truck equipment company says it is expanding to Louisville. WNIN’s John Gibson reports:

Meyer Truck Equipment announced the acquisition of Auto One, which Meyer describes as a respected name in the Louisville market.

Meyer says the move “establishes its presence in the commercial home furnishings industry.”

The company offers shelves, bed liners, truck accessories and electronics.

Details of the transaction were not announced.

The official closing and transition date is July 1^street.
