Christopher Bullard – Scoop: Nashville

On June 8, 41-year-old Christopher Bullard was observed driving under the influence near I-24 East. Officers observed a vehicle traveling at 98 mph in a 70 mph zone and initiated a traffic stop. Officers then approached the vehicle and identified themselves to Bullard. While talking to Bullard, officers noticed his watery eyes, slurred speech, and the odor of alcohol coming from his breath. Bullard denied drinking anything that night. Officers then asked Bullard to exit the vehicle and asked him to submit to a sobriety test, which he refused. Based on the circumstances, Bullard was found to be under the influence of alcohol and was arrested for driving under the influence.
