The three passengers in the Accord and the driver of the Uplander were not injured, police said.

Investigators say the Accord was traveling south on North Sharon Amity Road and the Uplander was traveling west on Central Avenue. The Uplander ran a red light at the intersection of the two streets and hit the Accord. The Uplander then continued east on Central Avenue and overturned onto its passenger side.

The driver of the Uplander was identified as Dimas Ramirez. He was arrested nearly five months later and charged with vehicular homicide, reckless driving, no license and no insurance.
